Camp Conscious, Punta de Mita
Hey babes! If you follow me on social, you probably watched as the plethora of Mexico stories rolled in a couple weeks ago. Heres the down low on what I was doing, why I was there, who I was with, and of course, what I was wearing.
Camp Conscious is an intimate fitness & wellness retreat for like minded influencers in the wellness space. Over the course of our 4 day trip, we participated in workouts, various workshops dedicated to growing mentally, spiritually, and physically, got to partake is some seriously fun activities, eat mindful meals, and grow and engage in community with other inspiring women. Oh, and we definitely drank quite a bit of tequila too, #balance.
We also got the opportunity to learn about and work with some amazing wellness brands, such as-
Arrive Punta de Mita. Upon arrival, we were greeted with margaritas (essential) and a full house tour. This stunning open concept home sits water front with its own private beach, and 7 gorgeous suites. We all shared a room with another girl, talk about the ultimate slumber party. So fun! We had happy hour on the roof top deck with Medterra CBD. CBD Margs? Let me tell you, Ive never felt so relaxed haha. Followed by a beautiful welcome dinner. After dinner we did a tarot card reading and everyone got the opportunity to open up a bit. It was a perfect relaxing first evening.

We woke up the next morning to 75 degree weather by 8am, literal life goals. Started the day with yoga led by fortune and flow, followed by a crystals workshop. After the workshop we had an open discussion with Kiana, the founder of Kopari Beauty, about being a female entrepreneur. Her story was so encouraging and inspiring! As was getting to hear from all of the other girls on the trip. Following the open discussion we had lunch with Kopari Beauty, and then a pool party with COOLA. From lunch until dinner we got to swim, head down to the ocean, hang out, and drink lots of rose. It was the perfect afternoon and we all really got to know one another a little better. Day 2 ended with happy our and dinner with Suja Juice. We got to make our own Suja cocktails, you know I was first in line for that.
